Villa Solara

Host was very accommodating when our original booking was cancelled due to the house going on the market. They worked with us to negotiate another listing of theirs at a better rate. Also allowed an early check-in when my flight landed earlier than expected. House was beautiful! Pool was not very big, but perfect for lounging and the backyard was so peaceful and secluded. Highly recommend!!!

The place is very nice and looks just like the pictures. The living room is spacious so perfect for a big group. The kitchen is also very well equipped for dinners in. The pool was a bit dirty so hard to use (dirty with leaves from the nearby bushes, not filthy).

The house is spacious and well decorated. We stayed a week with our family of 8 and had plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Very communicative to items missing and repairs needed.

Had my bachelorette there and the house hosted all 11 of us comfortably with most sharing beds. The house is modern, well decorated, and very clean. The common area was a great size with plenty of seating for a game night we had in. The host was very communicative and responsive. The price was a bit above our budget, but Miami is expensive so I think it's a good deal for the ~walkable location close to Wynwood restaurants / bars. Overall loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect for our group celebrating my bachelorette weekend. The pool and backyard was very spacious. The rooms were comfortable and fit our large group. The host was respectful of a flexible check in and communication was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this house for a great stay in Miami.

Very nice house. Could use a shelf inside the shower to hold soaps, shampoos, etc.

We rented the place for a week and had a great time. It was clean and exactly what was described. Location was good. The hospitality was great as well.

Great house! Perfect for a bachelorette with 12 girls. Everyone felt like they had space. House was great for spending time in together and centrally located. The hosts were super responsive. Used their local recommendation for a private chef and were thrilled! Everything went very smoothly and would stay here again.

Good spot with quality amenities. Pool is fantastic and common areas are well decorated. Bedrooms are small and we had problems with check in and getting ahold of the owner. After that it was smooth sailing.

This was perfect for a bachelorette of 12 people. The place was beautiful and clean. The pool was great. It is also close to a lot of places a group might want to visit making things more accessible. Lastly, George was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our group had a great stay at the Villa! It looked like the photos, was very clean, easy to Uber to everywhere we wanted to go, and the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would recommend and would stay again! Thanks George

George was a very good host, always responsive straight away. I messaged him at 5am once and he responded within 1 minute. I would recommend to stay here, it is private but only within 15-20 mins from everything.

George’s beautiful villa was the ideal spot for my girlfriends and I to celebrate my bachelorette weekend! The house is truly perfect for hosting a large group. Tons of seating, huge main room, great kitchen, and of course the private backyard/pool area - so fabulous! The girls and I are still talking about how wonderful this space was. It is also a convenient 5-10 minute ride to Design District or Wynwood, which is filled with great restaurants, nightlife, etc. George was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The property is great and just what we were looking for for my bachelorette party. They were responsive and helpful leading up to and after our stay. The rooms are a little small, but not something that would deter me from booking or recommending in the future. The backyard, pool, common area, and kitchen were perfect!!

Great place, very communicative, would stay again

Really excellent location, place and host. The house was exactly like the photos. It was extremely clean and well stocked with towels/plates etc. There are even inflatable toys for the pool available. We had run out of paper towels, shampoo etc and George immediately obtained these toiletries for us without hesitation. Location is peaceful - away from the crowds but easy to get to the busier areas. Easily hosted my 14 person bachelorette party. Everyone loved the house - still haven’t stopped talking about it

This place was amazing! It housed all 13 of us for a bachelorette soirée! The house was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the pool the most! The location was easy to find and safely secured my an enclosed gate. The host immediately responded to any and all questions. This location was also confidently located very closely to all of our outings in the Wynwood area. We’d definitely stay here again! :-)

Very nice living room and outdoor space as per pictures. Heated pool in the evenings was a boon. Linen, kitchen accesories and silverware, beds, pillows and towels of good quality, above bar in airbnb. On the other hand, 2 complete bathrooms for 10 can be short, 2 rooms have no openable windows.

Amazing!!! This house is exactly how it looks. We had my sisters bachelorette party here and it couldn't have been more perfect. Great for large groups! Super close to downtown and south beach too. Definitely would recommend!

This place was amazing. The hosts were great and the house is perfect for a weekend trip with friends. Location was also ideal for going to different spots around the city. Would fully recommend for anyone looking for a fun weekend in Miami.

Anthony and John, thanks so much for the awesome stay! The place was great, spacious, clean, and short drive from all of the Wynwood and Design district restaurants and bars! Despite the house being on a quiet residential area, keep in mind that Wynwood is on the edgier side, which is what my group wanted, but may not be for everyone. The checkin and checkout experience was super smooth and the hosts were SUPER responsive. When I got there, I noticed it was missing a few things like a hair dryer and Iron, but within a few hours they had bought it at target and had it delivered them to me! Overall it was an awesome time!

Had the best experience staying at this place and the hosts certainly added to the overall experience. The place was literally brand new and prime location from all of Miami’s hottest spots. I loved how easy it was to communicate with the hosts and they provided us with excellent recommendations on local spots. The rooms were very spacious and the backyard pool was excellent. I would certainly stay here again.

We booked this house for my bachelorette group and had an amazing time! We were one of the first groups to stay here because the house is brand new. The hosts George and John were very accommodating and attended our every need. We were really impressed with how modern the house is and the pool and backyard were beautiful. It was very clean and everyone was talking about how comfortable the beds were. The open layout in the living room was spacious and perfect for entertaining our large group. We also loved opening the sliding doors to have the indoor/outdoor vibe. Best of all, the location is prime as it’s only minutes away from Miami’s best bars, beaches and restaurants.
