George was a very accommodating host, easy to communicate with and we found the home in excellent, clean condition. Would recommend for any large gathering!

Our stay at George’s Villa was nothing short of incredible. Not only was the home stunning, it gave us everything we needed to have a safe and enjoyable weekend. The memories that were created here were second to none.

George was super accommodating! The space was perfect for us. An absolute must for any bachelor or bachelorette party!

This place was fantastic! Had my bachelor party here and am so pleased with the result. Tons of space and a great backyard with plenty of space in the bedrooms. The pool is amazing as well. George was super responsive throughout the weekend and in the months leading up to it. Such an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at George’s villa. He was extremely responsive, and always communicated in a timely manner. We were able to access the property easily and everything was beautiful as shown in the photos. He was extremely accommodating and met our early check in needs so that we could use the pool for our entire first day there! I had additional questions regarding the house layout and he went above and beyond explaining answers to all my questions. The pool was warm and clean! The furniture was beautiful and the property was safe! This was a perfect spot for my bachelorette party!!! We were in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale which made this the perfect location! Everything was less than 15-20 min away including south beach!

George was very responsive and accommodating. There were a few missing items in the house but George was reactive and provided us with what we needed. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Large group of 12, plenty of space for everyone and the beds / couch / lounge chairs are extremely comfortable. The heated pool really made it feel like a vacation, everyone definitely had an amazing time

Every year we take our management team on a 3 day weekend. We got extremely lucky that we found George’s listing as it was large enough to fit everyone. Especially the dinning room table! Everything was as described and more! George provided a recommendation for a yacht rental company which provided great customer service. The kitchen was large enough for our hired chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The backyard was fenced in allowing our dogs to run free. It was a hop and skip away from I-95 which also was great! The property also had plenty of parking which was great because we had 4 pick up trucks and a few cars. George was EXTREMELY responsive as I had a lot of questions due to our large group. If you are looking for a great property this is it! It was so great we only left the property for a yacht day! I’m already eyeing other properties George has listed to start planning next years Labor Day weekend!

Great house, lots of space, enjoyable stay!

George’s place was much smaller than expected from the pictures. The BBQ grill didn’t work. When it was time to check out George claimed there were so many things damaged that was previously damaged, so he can get a extra fee out of me. I originally paid $8,600 for the stay. I do not feel like it was worth the money spent at all. The play was really small. The communication and time span was well. The bathrooms were rusted inside the tub part. The pool was good. Everything else was questionable.

This place is amazing. Really beautiful pool and interior design. There are plenty of rooms and beds for 10 of us. Location is also great, short drive to all the attractions. George is easy and fast to communicate with. Will definitely book again next time to Miami.

George was amazing he was very responsive and the place was awesome very comfortable close to the highway. The place was just like the photos and was very clean!

What a gem. Many bedrooms and my group was pretty big but we never felt like we didn’t have our own space when we needed It. George is a great responsive host. I would definitely recommend this property. Note: Area is up and coming. This is definitely the best house on the block. and we also noticed it’s a historical building

We’re so lucky we found this place! Some colleagues & I had to drive from Tampa to Miami for a last min work meeting & were going to stay in whatever little hotel we could find. Needless to say our options were super limited within our budget. On the drive over while searching online we decided to look for a nice airbnb instead & just all stay together. We found this spot & honestly couldn’t believe it was even an option. We reached out & immediately got a response from George & booked it on the spot. We then got an email from George or whoever is in charge of their operation that included a welcoming note with links to private chefs, boats, recommendations etc. Unfortunately we had limited leisure time with work but on our ride back we talked about coming down with a bigger group & enjoying a weekend in Miami & doing all this stuff. Overall was a perfect quick stay, the house & property were beautiful. Looking forward to coming back down soon!

Amazing stay! This place is so unique and we loved the Mediterranean vibes! Our big group stayed here for a last min friends birthday. Our first plans fell apart and luckily in a scramble we stumbled upon this one and I’m happy we did! The house was very clean, modernized, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Usually not the case but the house in person actually looked just like the photos if not better! All the beds were very comfortable, the layout was fantastic to give everyone enough space and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Was perfect for the dinner party that we hosted and the huge dining table was amazing for a birthday dinner. We loved the backyard it was extremely spacious and the pool was perfect for our large group. George was an excellent host and replied quickly with any questions and even had something delivered for us within an hour of us asking for it! Overall 10/10 I already recommended it to my friend for her bachelorette party :)
