BEWARE: Read before booking. - The cleaning crew was 30 minutes late leaving the house, and we had to wait outside in our car - The house is in a bad part of town with bars on windows of surrounding houses - Overgrown bushes over the windows and long itchy grass past your ankles - Remote did not work for the TV in the living room and was stuck in Spanish settings - VERY limited supplies: no dish towels (had to use paper towels to dry our dishes), no cleaning supplies, only extra toilet paper was half used rolls from prior guests - Cockroach problem: very large roach in the kitchen drawers and over 5 running on the back deck - Bathroom sinks, mirrors, and showers had multiple rouge black hairs - $400 cleaning fee for substandard work - Disrespectful attitude in messages from the host during check-out, scolding us for leaving dog hair with no vacuum provided Due to hurricane evacuating, we were under too much stress to address these issues. Unpleasant experience, and very disappointing.

Good clean place with very responsive host

Fantastic home! We stayed here for three nights to celebrate graduating from medical school. The house and the pool were clean, just like the pictures. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for hosting us George!!

Perfect place, looked exactly like the pictures. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating for larger group meals.

I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend. 10 of us fit comfortably during our three-night stay. There was plenty of space for all of us, so we never felt cramped. The house is beautiful, inside and out. We all loved it. We easily got groceries and other items delivered to the house for our stay. It also was easy to get to south beach by Uber/lyft. The host was super responsive and helpful. The host was also flexible with check-in and accommodated my friend, who arrived to Miami much earlier than the rest of the group. The house was perfect for our group

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard activities (corn hole, ping pong, pool, fishing) provided so much to do when we were not golfing (there is a nice golf course not too far from the rental). We were even able to catch some fish out back. The area is quiet and private which we liked.

Très belle villa conforme aux photos. Quartier calme et paisible. L’accès direct à la rivière est un gros plus. Nous avons eu le bonheur d’y voir tortues, poissons et canards. Il est possible de pêcher. Équipements de très bonne qualité. Hôte très réactif. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

This was a great place for our stay in Miami - George always communicated really well. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed and was well reflected by the photos.

This home was perfect and beautiful. I enjoyed it with my big group felt like I was right at home. This space is one of the best I’ve stayed at. This house was amazing! Recently stayed here with a group of 12 people and we had the best time. Lots of entertainment in the backyard, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. George made the process very easy and was also very responsive. We had so much fun that we even extended our trip an extra night. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Miami in the future. Thanks again for all your help, George!

There wasn't a lot of reviews for this property when I booked. I wish I had more information before booking so here is my honest review. George the Host was amazing - Super responsive. Minor issues were quickly handled. House was clean- great cleaning crew. I rented this home for 7 nights at a discount rate. My stay totaled $6,991.47. I did not split the cost as this was part of my husband's birthday gift. He is from Miami (We live in Va) & wanted his family to stay with us. The lack of info on the home layout became problemmatic. There are no stair railings which made it difficult for my Mother-IL. The 3 lower level (LL) "bedrms" were strange with noisy window-unit A/Cs in 2 of them (shades cover in pics) The only LL bathrm is inside a "bedrm"! impractical. The laundry rm is also inside another LL bedrm w/no TV. The middle bedrm has no closet, no TV & 2 entry doors because it is a pass-through to another bdrm (former hallway?) We made the best of it but I expect more for the $$$.

George made sure we were accommodated and met our needs being a last minute booking. I appreciate him so much

George was great! One of the best host I ever had. I had a Vrbo last minute cancellation and we were so lucky to find such a beautiful home with a great host. George was responsive and flexible with his beautiful home. I could give him more stars if I could. I will definitely stay there if I go back to Miami.

Stayed here with a large group and had a great experience. There was plenty of common areas inside and outside and sufficient bedroom space. The house was very clean and had a number of great amenities including an excellent pool. The host was very friendly and highly responsive. Would stay here again.
