We stayed here for a bachelorette and it could not have been better! Lots of rooms and great common area. Close to design district and wynwood!

This house was PERFECT for my group of 6! We stayed over a week and had no complaints about anything!! Anthony and his team were super helpful and responsive with all my questions and requests . The place is as pictured and we really liked that it was gated too and easy to get in and out of. I loved the location because it was close to everything! Absolutely will be back and stay here next time I'm in miami. Thank you guys so much!!!

We had a great stay at this house in Miami. Lots of big common areas to hang out in. Very well stocked kitchen. The home seemed recently renovated and the accommodations were very nice. Very quick and cheap Uber rides to other areas. Anthony was also super responsive and quickly replied to any questions we had before and during our stay.

I had a great stay at this airbnb for a trip with 11 other friends. The airbnb location is quite close to most of the attractions we went to and uber price was very reasonable. There are plenty of food delivery options nearby including Salumeria 104 (Italian)which is about a 5 minute drive. The airbnb was stocked with the basic supplies we needed including soap, tissue, laundry detergent etc… The apartment is very new and has great furniture. Highly recommend for a stay

Quickly accommodated a last-minute booking!

I liked the house! It is definitely in an up and coming gentrifying neighborhood so don’t expect the other homes to be identical. But very close to design district which is convenient. Lots of beds. Pool wasn’t clean when we arrived, but got fixed during our stay. There was a mix up with our check out time which was inconvenient. Overall a good stay. I would recommend this house mostly to large groups of tourists coming to Miami that want to stay together at one home.

This house worked out great for our group of women for a bachelorette party. The beds were very comfortable. It was great having the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There was plenty of space for meals and gatherings. We really enjoyed the privacy of the house. The keyless entry is great for large groups of people coming from all over. It was nice having two different sets of towels for showers and for the pool. Location was perfect to explore Wynwood without spending the majority of time and money in an uber. We were close to everything we needed and had planned. George was very responsive with any requests we had during our stay!

House was perfect for my group of 8, easy commute to Brickell and the beach, the backyard pool gave us many fun nights, loved the spacious main areas, all around great experience

George was a great host! Responded almost immediately with all of our questions and even accommodated a very early check-in. The only downside would be that the it being a place that can fit 10+ people the mirrors were lacking. With a group of 12 girls that was very hard to work around. We ended up buying some more ourselves

For any big group, George’s place will be perfect for your stay. Much better option than a hotel as we were able to have a large open kitchen and living room/pool to gather around. I will definitely be coming back with the family again.

George was excellent to work with for our stay. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. There was a repair that needed to be made to a cabinet and the handy man was there right away. The home was exactly how it looked on the listing and was nice and clean and we were able to check in early. This is the nicest house in the neighborhood and the home seemed bit out of place for the neighborhood. It is very close to shopping and restaurants and the pool area is very inviting and relaxing.

Had a great weekend staying here, the place is exactly like the photos and was super clean. The backyard was the best part of the house and there was plenty of towels for the pool. 10/10 recommend

We booked this Airbnb for a bachelorette party. It was spacious enough to fit 13 girls! Everyone was able to sleep on a bed! George was super responsive and accommodating! We were able to check in early and request a later check out time. I would highly recommend this place!

This was a perfect spot for my sisters bachelorette party! The decor was perfect and the place was clean & comfortable. George made sure we had everything we needed - even sent paper towels to the house when we ran out!! He let us check-in early & was super kind to send over water and champagne when the water had been shut off. He was an excellent & super friendly communicator. Our bachelorette party had a blast and a big part of that was staying in this house & having such lovely hosts!

George’s place was more than we could ask for! He was so attentive to our request when we needed a hair dryer! His place was the perfect location for our bachelorette party - lots of mirrors and natural light so many girls could get ready at the same time. I would highly recommend his place and would definitely return if we ever come back to Miami!

George was very responsive and the home looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard is gorgeous, rooms were very clean and the furniture was nice. We had one issue where the bathroom door got locked and George was quick to respond and reach out to the handyman for us. The house was beautiful and so close to all activities near south beach which was a plus. The home and area was very safe as well!

This was the perfect place for the 8 of us. We were in town to participate in the Miami Marathon and stayed for a few days after for a vacation with friends. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is beautiful! We loved the pool! It is a quick Uber ride from Wynwood to go out and the beach was an easy Uber ride too. The hosts were super responsive when asked for something we needed. If you’re looking for your sign to book this place - do it! We hope to be back again!

Place was spotless and as pictured and described. Very close to the main shopping and dining area in the Design District. I did have to fill the propane tank, but George responded right away to my email and told me where to refill it (he was unavailable to do it for a couple of hours) which took me 10 minutes. George reimbursed me right away. Parking was good, and the property was secured w fencing.

Overall the house was fine. Definitely had some wear and tear as there were markings on most the walls. We kept having issues with the shower getting warm enough and the tv didn’t have regular cable only a weird streaming service. Conveniently close to design district but the street that the house is on is in the middle of the hood! I would not suggest for a girls trip for safety reasons

George is an amazing host . He was very accommodating and responsive . His place is beautiful !!! I have stayed at many Airbnb’s of the same caliber before but George’s place beats all Of them. Very charming architecture and tastefully furnished villa ! modern and clean and looks brand new . The outdoor space felt like an oasis with a gorgeous pool (the right size )and a beautiful landscape . The neighborhood was very quiet and the house is private !! However it’s very close to amazing shopping and restaurants ! The house had everything we needed and more . I highly recommend it if you were to visit Miami . I will Definitely try to rent here again the next time I’m in town . Great job George with everything you’ve done here !!

George’s property was amazing, huge, clean and super close to everything. The private pool was a nice addition and none of the neighbours complained about the noise. Definitely the place to go if you want to have a good time with friends and not worry about noise complaints. Worth every penny.

I cannot tell you how incredible this home and these host were! Incredibly beautiful house, amazing location, beautiful finishes, hosts respond within minutes, accommodated every request. If you’re looking for a property in Miami/Wynwood for a large group, this is your place!!

Anthony was an excellent host. The communication was clear and prompt. One of the guests in my party arrived earlier than everyone else and they were so great about allowing him to check in early. The house is beautiful and well furnished with everything that you need for pleasant stay in Miami. The location was great, very close to many bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip to Miami!

This home was immaculate and made our 2022 girlfriends’ trip amazing! The photos are accurate, which usually doesn’t happen. It was clean, bright, and safe. The location was extremely convenient. The hosts were kind, attentive, and extremely easy to communicate with! We look forward to going back again and staying again with them!!!!! WE LOVED VILLA MILANO!!!!!!

A group of eight of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was a beautiful property with plenty of space! The backyard and pool were so amazing and we loved the indoor/outdoor hybrid living space. It made for a truly memorable weekend. The property is brand-new so it was super tidy and relatively well stocked with everything we could need. Anything that we thought was missing such as hairdryers or steamers, the host sent to us via same day delivery! Best experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb hosts by far. The property is tucked away in an older neighborhood but it’s less than five minutes away ($10 Uber) from Wynwood and 15 minutes away ($20 Uber) from south beach. It was perfect!
