We had a great time in Miami. House is great and good for a large group. We had a private chef come in and could sit inside or outside comfortably. Pool and activities are great as well. George is very response. Had an issue with a small sofa bed and he did his best to sort. Would have been good to know that a train line was next to the house, rather than find out when there. Not a major problem but worth knowing. Otherwise happy. Thanks

This house is perfect! The amount of amenities offered and the location were just perfect. Hard to ask for a better set up than this. We had a group of 12 and it flowed perfect! George was very great to work with and communicated great! 10/10 from our group! Stay here!

Our stay was amazing. There is so much to do at the house with all of the games, pool, and outdoor area. There is a ton of space and definitely worth the trip. George was a great host and communicated very well throughout the process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful place. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing, having outdoor meals, and taking in the sunshine. Stayed at George’s place for a big bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot! A lot of room for many girls and the backyard was a great space for hanging out. George was very responsive and clear. Ubers were easy to get to go places. Definitely recommend!

The backyard was beautiful with lots to do! The house is great for large groups with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Everything was clean and in great condition. If you are a light sleeper just a warning the home is next to a train/metro track and it can be very loud at times. Overall it is a great home and George is a great host.

We had an awesome stay with our large group at George’s house. The house is huge with plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you would need. The backyard is amazing. Highly recommend!

This is a great house especially if you like being outside, as it has more outdoor activities than the summer Olympics. Stunning kitchen and great master bedroom.

The house was fantastic. So much to do - beautiful backyard, perfect kitchen for a group. George was SO responsive throughout the weekend / before the weekend. I would recommend this house 10/10 times. My friends and I LOVED it. It was homey - but also very Miami. Perfection.

Plenty of room for 14 ladies for a bachelorette party! So much to do on property with the pool, putting green, volleyball court, etc… We had a private chef come in one evening and it was an amazing experience! The house worked out perfectly!

We had an incredible stay at George’s place! George was extremely accommodating when we asked for early check-in. The house and backyard space had something for everyone to enjoy. He connected us with a local private chef and we had an amazing meal at the house. Could not recommend George’s place more for a big group, everyone was thrilled!!

We had a wonderful time at George's place. The outdoor area was incredible - the kids in our group had an amazing time with all the activities, as did the adults. The house itself is very well laid out with plenty of space for all the guests. Very comfortable accomodations overall. Meanwhile, George was very responsive and was accommodating of our late check out request - thank you George!

George’s Air B N B was great. The house was very nice and everything was clean. I recommend staying here if you are vacationing in Miami.

What a stunning house with stunning amenities outside! We especially had fun at the pool and the pickle ball court. We were eloping in Miami and when we couldn’t find a place that fit our budget we asked George if we could please have a quick ceremony in the backyard because it looked so beautiful. He graciously allowed it and on top of that gave us a recommendation to a private chef who came and cooked at the house as well. He also allowed us to check in early and was easy to communicate with. The backyard also has a bunch of coconut trees which is so unique and awesome! Definitely will be back and highly recommend booking here!

Our stay at Villa Parque couldn’t have been more wonderful! The open layout and ample bedroom space are perfect for large groups. The kitchen is sleek and modern and everything was perfectly clean. The real showstopper is the backyard though! There are so many amenities to enjoy from the pool to the pickleball court to beach volleyball. It makes you never want to leave! George was helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our whole stay. He even recommended a great private chef that we were able to enjoy while there. Plus the house is a quick Uber away from many Miami hotspots. Would highly recommend!

George was great with communication, the Airbnb was exactly like the photos most of the inside of the house is bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is located quite a ways from downtown Miami or south beach so I’d definitely take that into consideration. The back yard of the property is definitely the biggest draw!

This home was great for our very large group. The house was so nice with plenty of room for everyone. We loved being able to fit a group of 16 around one table both inside and outside. The yard was perfect with tons of activities. George was very responsive and accommodating providing several recommendations and allowing a bag drop off to make our trip perfect. Thanks George for a wonderful stay - the house matched the description and photos perfectly and was an excellent option for our large group with plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels, activities, etc. George was extremely responsive, answering questions and addressing some technical issues with the pool swiftly and effectively.

The home I stayed at was very very un immaculate. There was strangers driving by looking at me, naked, and my wife, so we had to cover the windows with sheets which is unprofessional with the money we spent for the home other than that amazing home couldn’t be any better just the way the house is set up no curtains on the front door or the windows in the kitchen.

We had a group of 11. We all really enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of space for a large group. The home decor is modern and clean. The amenities plentiful. The backyard was very fun for a group. The owner is very responsive, helpful and available. The only thing that detracted from the beautiful surroundings and experience was the location next to the train tracks and construction next door during our stay. The trains can be disruptive of sleep and conversation quite frequently. We went to South Beach a few times and it takes at least 30 min to get there not the listed 15-20. Overall it is a great place to stay with a large group and I would recommend staying there.

Great place for a group in Miami. Backyard was very fun with lots of games and a great pool!

We stayed with two families over our kids spring break (you could easily fit a third family with plenty of privacy for everyone). We all worked a bit over the week and the kids were never bored with all of the amenities. The backyard is just as amazing as pictured. The house was incredibly clean and the kitchen well-stocked. As others have said there are train tracks behind the fence line - but this didn’t bother us at all and the kids actually liked the trains. Best amenities of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Really don’t have to ever leave.

This house exceeded expectations! The photos did not to the space justice. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our girls trip! Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here!

Best experience I’ve ever had!

We had a group of 14 people and everyone had their own beds. It was an amazing stay will all the activities you can possibly think of. The interior of the house was beautiful, on top of the lovely backyard. We are hoping to come back in the future.

George was an amazing host and couldn't be more helpful. Some of the group's flights came in much earlier than expected, and George was very accommodating and helpful with an early check in. The house was incredible for 12 people: comfortable, stylish and with plenty of fun to have around the house with all the activities. 11/10 👏🏼

This house is so terrific for a large group. We had 11 guests ranging in age from 6 to 82 - there were so many games in the backyard everyone had a great time. The yard is much bigger than it looks in photos! George was very helpful in providing information at the time of booking, and was responsive during our stay.

Amazing house. We loved pickleball court and we were able to play to every morning. The house layout was perfect for 13 people. Everyone loved it. Large enough kitchen and dinning room to host a dinner and George recommended a couple of chefs which she was outstanding and professional. Definitely recommend for any large groups.

Nice stay

Amazing place it rained the first few days but George was very helpful with guiding us and helping us feel at home the house was absolutely Fantastic for our 12 family guest we felt right at home everything was Perfect,5 stars a all the way

All as expected and 5 star except number of trains passing next to home was probably an average of around every 45 minutes and some freight trains during night. Master bedroom closest to tracks and trains loudly heard.

The house is absolutely stunning, pictures do not do it any justice. 16 girlfriends & I rented it during Art Basel to be a Black Women In Web3 Retreat. Communication with George was stellar! To the point I even was able to speak to him on Thanksgiving. There were some upgrades made to the home that weren’t photographed when I first booked & he kindly sent video & photo updates on their progress. He was kind enough to receive Amazon packages before our arrivals for the gift bags & alcohol even allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier so I can put the bags together & surprise the girls. When I asked if there were pool floats thinking I would have to order some, he asked what kind did I want & ordered it! The black swans were a huge hit. It was legit hotel concierge service, one I have not encountered in the United States for an Airbnb experience. I was bit by what we assume is a brown recluse & had to go to urgent care (I’m a bug magnet) & George called to check in on me. Really beautiful home with so much room for large party of guests, none of us felt like we were on top of each other. Everything is brand new & tastefully done to appeal to both male & female guests. Amazing restaurants & great shopping nearby. We held a wellness & healing brunch for 25 people, never heard the neighbors nor did they hear us. One note the Brightline & some freight trains run right on the track near the backyard. Luckily we were all from Paris, Lisbon, NY, Chicago & Montreal so we’re used to the sounds but if you are sound sensitive don’t let that deter you from experiencing this lovely home service just get some earplugs or stay in the front rooms. Life’s too short to sweat the small stuff.

Five-star host! George gave us a lot of very useful information before we checked in about things to do in the area and maintained good communication with us. Many of the great experiences came from the home itself. The backyard was spectacular and spacious and there was so much to do with outdoor activities and games. The house was perfect for our large group, very clean and tidy, and the layout was amazing. Extremely comfortable beds also! The pickle ball and volleyball court were a super nice touch and so unique! George was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Def will be back for our next Miami stay!

My wife and I booked this for her bday getaway and wow I cant say enough about our stay here and its host George, really truly world class service and the location was A+, and a short drive to the beach. I had a few questions before the stay that George got back to me almost immediately on. One of which was hosting a dinner party for 20 people. He assured me that the house was perfect for that and he even recommended me to a private chef that came and made everything on site and he wasn't kidding it was the PERFECT house to do it (the food was also delicious but that's a diff subject, but highly recommend if you stay here to ask George about them). The overall amenities of this house were top notch. The interior of the house was tastefully decorated and super inviting and the outdoors were somehow even better. A pool, volleyball court, pickle ball court (yes you read that right, an actual pickle ball court), 3 point basketball, corn hole and I didn't even realize when booking but there is a really nice public golf course across the street! Oh and there was actually a ton of parking for everyones cars. This place really blew me away, I will definitely be back!!
